ユキちゃん始めスタッフの対応がマニュアル的でなく、自然体で良かった。

朝ぶろが限定されてしまい残念。

女性スタッフの親切な対応。 食事の時お世話になりました。

あまりないですけど一度地下まで降りて本館に行かないといけないところが不便だったかな？と思います。

A special place. Quite retro. Meals beautifully presented and traditional. Location very central. Awara is a sleepy onsen town. We were there in winter though! Go visit the coast and walk between cliff and island. The geology here is spectacular. The cliff resort is dated too in a retro kind of way.

Different onsen parts in different parts of the hotel was confusing. More male options than female. Bathroom very dated but clean. Lights too bright in main dining hall.

お風呂のお湯がやさしくてとても良かったです。肌がしっとりしました。

施設が古いけど綺麗に清掃されていました。アメニティの種類は少ないです。

Great old fashioned but well maintained Grand Hotel in a beautiful country setting. We stayed for access to other parts of the region while enjoying the out of the way location. While it caters for golfers using its golf course we didn't go for the golfing facilities and enjoyed the excellent food, nice public bath, generous apartment style rooms and the ambience of being in the hills and country-side of Awaraonsen. It is good value for the facilities enjoyed.

A hotel shuttle from the station would be nice.
