Property Notes

The seasonal pool will be open from July to August. One child stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

"大変満足　又来ます。。。"

車での来場者に対する入場がとてもスムーズ、又適切な対応　駐車場所への親切な対応 お宿に入室後の　？？？ルームでの接待（軽食やつまみ　飲み物サービス）に感動しました。 お部屋の清潔さと新しさが良かった。 大浴場の規模、設備、申し分なし 食事は、夕食・朝食共にとても美味しく、レパートリーが多く大変満足しました。

空調が暑すぎて困った　温度設定出来ないのが良くないと思う。

喜寿の祝いを兼ねて３家族で予約しましたが、ホテル側の配慮で３部屋とも隣になる部屋を用意してもらえました。 些細なことかもしれませんが、とてもうれしい配慮でした。 朝夕のバイキングは品数が多く、１泊では全ての品を食べることができませんでしたが、それぞれが美味しくて満足です。祝いの席なのでおちついた個室での料理を考えましたが、個々に好きなものをワイワイ食べられたので、バイキングを選択して正解でした。

これは仕方ないことですが、大きいホテルなので、部屋から温泉や食事会場までの移動距離が長く、少々足の不自由な高齢者には移動が大変でした。 寝具の枕が高く、家族みんなに不評でした（バスタオル丸めて枕にしていました）。

スタッフの方々の対応が丁寧。高級旅館という雰囲気抜群でした。朝夕の食事も大満足です。 大浴場も広く洗い場もたくさんあり、ゆったりと入ることができました。

外国人観光客（特に中国人）の方がたくさんおり、食事会場等で話し声が「うるさい」と感じました。
