O onsen privado é maravilhoso, com a vista de frente para o monte Fuji… perfeito!

O atendimento na recepção poderia ser mais caloroso, o atendente fala as regras de forma decorada, apesar de ser um senhor de idade, deveria ser mais simpático.

This is a hidden gem and we are so lucky to have been able to reserve a room here. The experience is exceptional, highly recommend booking the room with dinner and breakfast as they serve amazing traditional meal. The onsen is also amazing both public and private. If u wish to get to the property, do book ur transport to kawaguchiko station early as there are limited trips per day to the hotel by either the sightseeing bus or s4 bus.
