Everything was wonderful! Our room was so comfortable, every meal was magnificent, the onsen was so relaxing and the staff were friendly and could not do enough to help us.

There was nothing to dislike.

"Quiet, friendly place with great onsen and delicious meals."

The staff were super friendly and tried their utmost to make the stay wonderful. The meals were included and the dinner was simply fantastic..we ate everything and it was an extensive assortment of delicious treats! It was located within easy walking distance of the bus stop, which was only 40 minutes ride from the Nasushiobara Shinkansen station, so access was easy. We spent the next day doing walks and hikes further up the mountain which was easy to get to. The private onsen was nice, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay great.

"relaxing and enjoyable stay"

the staff here are very friendly and helpful. As I caught a cold before I arrived at Jizaiso, I wasn’t feeling too well and kept coughing. the in charge suggested I try out some medication that he prepared for me and if by tomorrow I am still not well, then may have to go to the nearest hospital. miraculously, I get so much better after a day medication and he prepared another day of medication, then I completely recovered.
