"Wonderful stay"

The ryokan Is wonderful and really traditional, the 9 onsen tour with yukata was magical and the girls at the ryokan was super cute and kind.

"homey Ryokan experience"

everything, the ryokan, the location (nearby to all the 9 shibu onsen, the unique design with shortcuts, the staff...super it felt homey...the futon set, especially the quilt blanket was soo light and comfy. priceless experience sadly, stayed there during not soo high season want to be back, if got the chance

The staff was extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly! They personally gave us rides to the train station as requested. Only a short walk from the town’s signature Onsen experience.

"Lovely cosy ryokan with helpful staff and a nice vibe."

Lovely warm vibe, the restaurant inside of the ryokan was very good and convenient. They had an espresso machine so I was able to grab coffee before heading off. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and the provide shuttle services to the train station and the entrance to the monkey park. The room and bed were comfortable, and the facilities were clean and high quality. Most importantly, you will receive a key to access the 9 onsens in the village.
