お風呂 湯量が多くていい

食事 冷たいうどんの麺だけ ドレッシングの無い野菜だけ 見た目だけにはそれなりだけど残念でした

食事と温泉は満足できました。

床、窓が結構汚れていました。

お料理は美味しかった。

宿が古めなのは問題ないが、清掃が行き届いていない感じがする。特にお風呂などは、風呂椅子が洗っておらずぬるぬるしていた。風呂の鏡も洗っていない。脱衣所は髪の毛がたくさん落ちたままになっている。ロケーションは悪くないので、勿体無いと思いました。

ご飯も美味しく、何より雪景色を見ながら浸かる露天風呂が最高でした！ また機会があれば是非よろしくお願いいたします。

ロケーションが少し駅から遠いですが、スタッフの方が送迎してくださり滞りなくホテルに辿り着くことができました。

This place was such a pleasure. Great food. Wonderful onsen. Clean comfortable room. I didn’t expect to love it as much as I did.

お土産の温泉卵ありがとうございます。 デトックスウォーターも美味しく、ソフトクリームも、朝ごはんも美味しかったです。

The onsen is amazing. The staff are great. The rooms are large. The experience is a very traditional Japanese accompanied by great service. I spent my birthday there with a close group of 5 friends and we had a great time playing cards around a table in a room listening to tunes and enjoying the great beer that they have there. We left a pair of prescription glasses behind and when contacted them, not only did they ship them to another country for us, but they didn’t charge us for the shipping. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Staff are very nice and helpful !! Beautiful Ryokan with beautiful view !!!! Onsens are great, especially the outside onsen 露天風呂👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Highly recommended

A litlle bit far from Shinkansen station , only accessible by taxi , however it’s really great for those who enjoy discovering new places ….
