Le personnel de l'établissement était extrêmement serviable et prêt a aider. Ils s'occupent également de l'envoi des gros bagages à la prochaine destination pour pouvoir voyager léger. L'hôtel est très sympathique et le service et la propreté sont impeccable. Le petit déjeuner japonais est copieux et très bon. Le bain privatif dans la chambre est très appreciable et deux bains pour les familles sont disponibles en plus du bain pour hommes et celui pour femmes.

Le seul inconvénient est que le lac kirin n'étant pas loin il y a beaucoup de moustiques et cela peut-être gênant lors de la pris de bain.

Établissement extrêmement bien placé, juste à côté de la rue touristique et pourtant bien protégé du bruit. Architecture traditionnelle, espaces bien décorés, chambre spacieuse et soignée. Literie confortable. De très nombreux équipements aussi bien dans la chambre que dans l’établissement. Deux onsen possible et sans réservation préalable : onsen privé (plus intime) et onsen publics (ceux pour hommes et ceux pour femmes). Le personnel était aux petits soins. Nous avons été accueilli avec des petites gourmandises et un thé, et il y en avait même dans la chambre. Service irréprochable, je recommande à 100% : j’avais oublié un objet personnel et ils me l’ont envoyé, à leurs frais, dans un de mes prochains hôtels.

"Pleasant stay at good location."

Clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive. You have to pass your car key to concierge after parking so they can help to move the car for others to park. Water at the private onsen was of the right temperature.

The private pool abit small. Food quality can be better.
