"An oasis"

An oasis in the middle of montains close to Nagano, an opportunity for enjoying the onsen experience. The creew are amazing and they have transfer from and to train station. And we are very close to Monkey Park as well

The location is close to the start of snow monkey park.

The kaiseki dinner was luke warm and our family experienced a stomach bug shortly thereafter. The staff also unfortunately barged into the room after our family had been repeatedly vomiting throughout the night to clean up the room because they time these occurrences with your meals. Everything is too scheduled and not allowing enough leisurely time for families to come and go for dinner or a private onsen as they wish.

The dinner and breakfast were amazing. Highly recommend to book both. Also the private onsen was a great chance to try it and get familiar with its usage before going to a public one.

The Japanese style room is beautiful, but it is rather austere furniture and fragile tatami floors. If you are looking for more comfort, recommend to take a western style room.
