Incredibly welcoming staff in a very cosy ryokan. It was like staying the night at my grandparent's house, and I mean that in the best way possible! The room was gorgeous, spacious, and clean. The dinner was succulent and very generous! I highly recommend booking it.

The owners are really friendly and the dinner and breakfast were really tasteful! I would really recommend this Ryokan.

Excelente servicio. Muy amables y atentos los dueños del lugar. Nos prepararon el ofuró de la noche que vino perfecto luego de estar todo el día fuera. El yukata y sus accesorios también suman mucho en esta experiencia. El desayuno al estilo japonés nos gustó mucho. Muy delicado, muy prolijo y principalmente muy rico. A una hora de ahí está Kinosakionsen destino que recominedo mucho.

スタッフさんのおもてなしが素晴らしい！細やかなお気遣いに感謝いたします。 レトロ調で落ち着いた雰囲気が心を整えてくれました。 お料理がとっても美味しかったです。

レトロな建物なため防寒設備は整えられているのですが、部屋と食事スペースにあった灯油ストーブの灯油がどちらも過ごしているときに無くなってしまいました。エアコンがあったので寒く感じることは無かったのですが、寒い時で無ければ快適だったと思われます。

Hosts were so sweet and extra accommodating. The breakfast was delicious as well

竹田城跡を見たくて宿を探していました。 早朝のバスツアーを教えていただき，雲海を見に行くことができました。残念ながら、天候が良すぎてあけぼのから紅葉の山にくっきりと竹田城跡が見えていました。それはそれでとても良い思い出となりツアーの手配ありがとうございました😊 　しゃぶしゃぶはたっぷりの量で大満足、他のお料理もとても美味しくいただきました。 お部屋では，こたつでのんびりさせていただきました。 お風呂トイレなども、新しく全て清潔で気持ちがよかったです。 ご家族でされているということでしたが、いつまでもお元気で頑張ってくださいと願うものです。 ありがとうございました🙇‍♀️
