足が悪い家族がいたのでベッドの準備ができれば、とお願いしていました。 無理なお願いかと思っていましたが、チェックイン時にベッドが準備してあると聞き、とても嬉しかったです。 朝食も美味しくて家族みんな大満足の宿泊となりました！ ありがとうございました。

駐車場が少し分かりづらかったので、案内板等があると助かります。

The breakfast was absolutely FANTASTIC!! Such a wonderful variety of traditional foods, and all delicious! It felt like such a high end opportunity at such an affordable price, loved it!! The staff was also so so helpful with everything we needed. The room had so many extra amenities and comforts, it was perfect!

I loved the beds! They were so comfortable! I slept like a baby. The onsens are super clean and natural. Best onsen ever! The breakfast is really great and delicious too!

I wish the hotel offered dinner for a price for guests.

Very old school ryokan, dated and old. Was inexpensive for what was offered but definitely requires renovation, especially the bathrooms

Absolutely loved this traditional ryokan! Many of the staff are senior, but they are incredibly polite and kind. While they don’t speak much English, communication wasn’t an issue—we used Google Translate easily. If you enjoy old-style hotels, this place is perfect—charming, old but very clean. Sleeping on a tatami mat every night and soaking in the onsen daily was a wonderful experience. During our stay, all the other guests were Japanese, which made it feel even more authentic. We stayed for five nights and explored the area—such a memorable trip!
