お風呂と食事が良いです。

アイスの販売が20時で終了だと言って、すぐそばのカウンターに人がいるのに売らないこと。 かなり心象わるいです。

Qui si parla solo Giapponese e naturalmente alle 20 chiude tutto (tranne l'onsen). L'hotel e' grande e molto affollato, per noi e' comodo in quanto a meno di 30 minuti dall aereoporto, parcheggio comodo e colazione stile giapponese. Il cornetto alla crema lo rimangerai a Roma, la mattina natto, miso e pesce arrosto...

予約後にプランの変更の為にメッセージを送りましたが、とても親切に対応してくれました。 朝食を配膳されたスタッフの皆さんが朝から笑顔で気持ちが良かったです。

サウナのが、もう少し遅い時間まで使えたら嬉しかったです。

I arrived much later than planned because the ferry from Tsuruga to Tomakomai Higashi was delayed. Despite this, the staff were very accommodating. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but I stayed at the hotel until lunchtime the next day. During my stay, I took a long, relaxing soak in the excellent on-site onsen and enjoyed the reasonably priced Genghis Khan set meal at the restaurant. Overall, the hotel was very clean, the staff were very nice, the onsen facilities were outstanding, and the location is convenient for travelers in this area. It’s easy to access from the main road and offers plenty of free parking. The hotel also provides free Wi-Fi throughout.
