Ryokan Fujitomita

I loved this accommodation! We had a lovely large room with a view of mount Fuj, the staff were so friendly and welcoming and the place was so clean. The facilities were great, we really enjoyed the hot pools and we paid for the additional breakfast and it was so worth it. After our visit they also provided a free shuttle back to mount Fuji station which was excellent because it was raining 😂

We can see Fujisan from our room balcony. Beds are very comfy - the kids had a very good long sleep. The Japanese breakfast was excellent, also had fun experiencing the private onsen as a family. The hosts are also very kind and friendly.

部屋が綺麗で広くて快適でした。また、お風呂の湯温も丁度良く寛げました。朝食も美味しかったです。

beautiful beautiful setting with an amazing view of fuji - the staff were excellent. they picked us up and dropped us off for free at multiple points and cooked amazing meals. so kind and generous. the onsen is wonderful.

It was like staying in a brand new apartment - a fully stocked kitchen with cooking equipment and dishes, beautiful bathroom, a full view of Mount Fuji from the deck and two private onsens. The son was very helpful explaining some of the systems in the room and preparing one of their rental bicycles for my use.

The property is up the hill and may seem a little remote on first arrival. The host family will pick you up in town - be sure to make your arrangements the day before you arrive.

Das kleine Hotel hat uns verzaubert. Es liegt abgelegen vom Turistenstrom aber doch mit ÖV gut alleine zu erreichen. Wir haben den Bus von Gotemba genommen. Oder man kommt von Fujisawa/Kawaguchiko mit dem Bus hin. Man kann auch mit den Gastgebern sprechen und sie bitten von dem naheliegenen Bushaltestelle abzuholen. Wer etwas spezielles, idyllisches und japanische Gastfreundschaft sucht ist hier genau richtig. Man fühlt sich wie wenn man bei der Familie zu Hause wohnen würde. Man bekommt einen schönen Eindruck wie die Japaner leben. Die Besitzerin mit ihrem Sohn kochen hervorragend. Sicher mindestens einmal das Abendessen und Frühstück buchen. Es ist sehr vielfälltig. Für die Kinder hat sie sogar spezielles Menu vorbereitet. Unser Zimmer für 4Personen(2Kinder + 2Erw.) war sehr geräumig. Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer die mit einem eigenen Gang verbunden waren. Ein Balkon mit super Blick auf den Fuji. Kleine Küche mit Reiskocher etc. ist auch vorhanden. Hightech WC mit Badewanne, Dusche und auch Yukata fur Erwachsene. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert. Das kleine Hotel hat auch zwei Onsen gratis zur verfügung. Morgens und Abends (4-11pm) Einfach reingehen 30min entspanne n. Man muss nicht vorher buchen. Die Onsen sind noch nicht renoviert aber absolut ok.

Sono stata molto bene in questa casa giapponese dove tutto è perfetto. Una famiglia che sa accogliere con gentilezza e professionalità i suoi ospiti. Pulizia impeccabile dovunque, cambio giornaliero della biancheria, onsen meravigliosi . Delizioso il cibo : ho scelto di consumare la colazione e la cena con menù giapponese. Merita un plauso il cuoco per il sapore, la sapienza della preparazione, la varietà delle squisite portate presentate con tocco d' artista . La gentilezza e la bellezza del luogo, il ciliegio ancora in fiore, il nasturzio, le mammole delicate e una Primavera dai colori delicati tutt' intorno. E poi la vista spettacolare del monte Fuji anche dalla mia stanza. Grazie e ancora grazie, in questo mio primo Viaggio in Giappone non potevo trovare di meglio. Cari voi, bella famiglia, è stato un grande privilegio conoscervi e vivere giorni di pieno benessere nella vostra casa.
