Nice staff

1. I booked two nights but they wanted me to pay an extra 4900 yen fee to stay in the room / keep my belongings there during the day. To avoid the fee, they wanted me out of the room before the next day check-out time and come back within check-in time. Outrageous. I had to call Booking to fix the issue and I ended up having to leave to another hotel 2. Very cold room 3. AC heating barely worked and it was VERY noisy 4. Small bathtub 5. Not a typical Japanese toilet
