子連れOKがすごく助かった。 宿泊者は隣の駐車場が無料なのが良かった。 価格もリーズナブルで良かった。

床を除菌シートで拭いたときシートが黒かった。

チェックイン時間の記載が予約時になかったと思います。ホテルでの直通電話の対応があまりにも不親切だったのでガッカリしましたが、ホテルのフロントでチェックイン時間まで待っていた所、20分前にチェックインさせて頂く事になりました。お気遣いありがとうございました。

チェックイン時間の記載が予約時になかったと思います。ホテルでの直通電話の対応があまりにも不親切だったのでガッカリしました。予約時に書いてあります通りとの繰り返し対応のみで、通話をガチャ切りされました。バスルームの家電が故障していて使えなかった。
