アメニティが豊富でした。朝食も美味しかったです。

予約だからと希望の部屋が空いていたのに変更できなかった。予約無しでクーポン使った方が良かったです。あとエアコンから水が漏れていました。

お風呂の電気の場所がわからなかった。スタッフの説明もわからなかったがなんとか自分でみつけられたが30分ぐらいかかった

琵琶湖大橋に近いので琵琶湖の西にも東にも行きやすい。 値段もリーズナブルで、当日なのにチェックインできたので助かった。 琵琶湖の湖西や湖北が好きなので、こういったタイプの施設が湖西、湖北にもあればいいのにと思った。

低いソファがなく、代わりに座面の高い椅子がある。ベッドも妙に高い位置にあり、座ってくつろげる場所がなかった。
