- the facility, not much space - the food, very very basic and not worth the money

Everything is bad apart from the view.

No service provided nor food that complements to the price, even the people live around the hotel protest for this construction. 100% do not recommend

The view from the pods was awesome! The shower was powerful, which was a pleasant surprise for a glamping site. Soft drinks are provided free of charge and alcoholic drinks can be ordered via an app. The beds were comfortable with extra snugly blankets. You could pay for a grill dinner, which was set up for you at the dining table on your own private deck and the food was huge! Meat, prawns, squid,scallops plus salad, rice and omelet was provided and a big grill bbq. There was also a glamping sauna that you could use. A novel experience for us! The staff were extremely friendly and could not have been more helpful. They went by out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. They ordered our taxis as we didn’t speak Japanese and one night it poured with rain and the staff were running around delivering drinks to us even though they were soaking wet. They even brought us a starlight projector to illuminate our room on our last night. Superb service!

We stayed in Kawaguchi to climb Mt Fuji. As we were tourists from the UK, we did not have a car. The site is quite a way from town so transportation was tricky for us.
