주인분 친절하고 숙소에 신경 많이쓰시고 공들인 티가 나요

This is a family-run hotel, and we received very kind, welcoming and helpful care. The proprietor was extremely helpful with recommending hikes and even going out of his way to accommodate us when we had planned poorly for a very busy travel week (golden week) that we had not foreseen. The location was in comfortable walking distance to beautiful Seoraksan national park. We would stay there again due to the friendliness and kindness and welcoming nature of the hosts alone.

El personal y la ubicación, demasiado cerca del parque Seoraksan. La habitación es sumamente cómoda. Pero lo mejor es la familia que lo atiende, demasiado amables y atentos.

Le personnel est super accueillant, ils nous ont donné toutes les informations pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour dans la région. Les repas sont délicieux !

가족과 함께한 여행이었는데 다른 객실은 모르겠지만 묵었던 객실의 상태가 생각 이하였다. 욕실의 환풍기는 작동하지 않았고 유리창은 청결하지 않았으며, 옷장은 없고 입식거울 뒤쪽의 옷걸이 몇개가 전부 였다. 전면적인 리모델링이 필요함.

사장님. 완전 친절하십니다. 보자마자 인사 건네주시고 ^^ 책도 많았는데 피곤해서 보질 못해 죄송합니다. 근처 편의점도 가까워요. 걸어서 설악산 입구도 가깝고요. 근래에 만들어진 스카이워크도 가깝슴다

추위에 약하신 분은 추가 이불 요청하시거나 미리 준비해 가시면 좋을 듯요. 저희는 마침 얇은 이불을 가져온게 있어서 잘 잤어요.

The host was super nice and explained to us the best trekking options. The room was spacious. The location was really good.

Het ontbijt helemaal authentiek Koreaans. Alles zeer proper en als extraatje krokant zoetbrood gebakken voor bij koffie, thee of onderweg. Niet omdat het moet, maar deze service is voor de eigenaren vanzelfsprekend. De moeder bracht me ongevraagd en gratis naar het begin van het Nationaal Park Seoraksan. En ook voor uitleg wat te zien was in de buurt, uitgebreide uitleg. Bij het boeken kreeg ik als aanbod dat ze zonder meerprijs een comfortabele kamer zou geven. Het kan koud zijn in april. Nu niet, maar ook dat getuigde van de klant echt centraal stellen. Complimenten.

In de vooravond bleek er in de directe omgeving geen restaurant open. Maar ook hier bood het hotel uitkomst. Uit diverse gerechten kon ik kiezen, een uur later was het gebracht en de tafel voor me gedekt. Toch adequaat gereageerd op mijn eerste teleurstelling. Dus prima!
