Warning! We've stayed in budget accommodations before, but nothing compares to how awful this place was! We had originally planned to stay here for three nights, but after just one night, we couldn't bear it any longer and spent the remaining two nights sleeping in our car! We were "unfortunate" enough to be assigned room number 4, which had an incredibly overpowering sewer-like smell emanating from the bathroom. It’s hard to even describe how unbearable the smell was! We had to sleep with the window wide open, but that only made things worse because there’s a grocery store on the first floor with a massive air conditioner right below our window. The noise it made was constant, its unfortunate that Booking.com does not allow to upload videos as a review. If the terrible smells weren't enough, the situation got even worse. Although the property’s rules clearly state that smoking is not allowed in the rooms, other guests were smoking right through their windows, and the property staff did nothing to stop it. All the smoke drifted straight into our room through the open window! To top it all off, brown water was coming out of the sink. The staff only spoke Russian, completely ignored all the issues we raised, refused to refund us, and then proceeded to ignore us for the rest of our stay until Sunday. To make matters worse, Booking.com was of no help in resolving this situation. The property ignored Booking.com just as they ignored us. Honestly, this was the worst experience we’ve ever had with a rental through Booking.com.

Good location and cheap. We were only visitors in the Hotel.

There was no breakfast offering. There was nowhere to put your things while showering. The toilet did not work properly. The door alarm was very alarming. It was very noisy surrounding when opened the window. There is no toilet in the showering room. There was no personal in the hotel.
