Bel riad, tutto bene. Colazione ottima

La struttura è molto comoda da raggiungere in auto dall’aeroporto. È disponibile un ampio parcheggio appena fuori dalle mura, il che rende l’arrivo e la partenza davvero semplici e senza stress. Ci è piaciuta molto l’architettura del riad: moderna e contemporanea, ma allo stesso tempo rispettosa della tradizione. La struttura sembra nuova e ben curata. Bellissima la vasca centrale e molto piacevole anche la zona colazione. La disposizione dei tavoli a colazione è piuttosto ravvicinata: mio marito avrebbe preferito un po’ più di spazio, mentre io ho apprezzato l’intento del riad di creare una sensazione di convivialità e comunità tra gli ospiti. Le camere erano un po’ fredde, ma riteniamo sia normale per un riad tradizionale senza riscaldamento centralizzato. Una volta sotto le coperte, comunque, la temperatura era confortevole. I letti sono comodi e abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di due cuscini diversi, uno morbido e uno più rigido. Per quanto riguarda la doccia, abbiamo avuto due esperienze molto diverse: io l’ho trovata molto calda, quasi bollente, mentre mio marito, che l’ha usata per primo, l’ha trovata tiepida. Non sappiamo cosa abbia causato questa differenza. Siamo arrivati molto tardi, intorno a mezzanotte. Una volta trovata la struttura e bussato, ci hanno aperto subito. Il ragazzo dell’accoglienza è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, ci ha accompagnato a piedi a vedere il parcheggio e, vista l’ora tarda, ci ha fatto andare subito a dormire rimandando le formalità alla mattina seguente. Un gesto davvero apprezzato. Nel complesso, consigliamo la struttura: l’accoglienza è stata calorosa, il soggiorno piacevole e ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio. Nota importante per il parcheggio: il parcheggio é vicino alla Porta Bab Ksiba. Attenzione a google map, se vi fa passare dentro le mura il parcheggio rimane fuori.

Nulla, un po’ fredde le camere ma penso che fosse nella norma. Aggiungerei le olive alla colazione 😝

location is great. If you book any excursions, you will be picked up from the riad. A lot of shops nearby. Riad is absolutely beautiful. Staff is nice & helpful. Your room will be cleaned on longer stays. You get all the facilities but basic. Breakfast is really good and authentic.

I'm a solo traveller and I booked double room which was on ground floor. Being a double, it was still small for me. Not much space to move around if I open my bag. No closet space. A lot of wear and tear. Worn out stuff. Towels are rough and you can feel it's been used too many times. No insulation so you will hear every conversation happening outside. A lot of noise. No privacy either, as doors have gap in between so I had to keep the curtains closed. Humid. No ventilation in the bathroom so you will have to open the room window to get the humidity out. The room gets extremely cold at night due to being on ground floor and gap between the doors. Blanket are super rough and itchy. Wifi sucks. You get the smell of all the cooking plus noise.

The staff was very accommodating and kind. For breakfast they tried to make sure we tried different foods each day and even incorporated one of our requests one morning. The place looks like a traditional riad and has a nice rooftop where you can relax. It is in a more quiet part of the city while still close to the Medina. I highly recommend staying here !

The water pressure in the shower is not great but it is understandable in such an old building.

Unser Aufenthalt im Riad in Marrakesch war wunderbar. Die Lage ist perfekt – sehr ruhig und trotzdem mitten im Zentrum. Schon vor unserer Anreise haben wir tolle Tipps vom Riad-Team bekommen, die unsere Reise enorm erleichtert haben. Das Personal war absolut herausragend – unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Noch einmal vielen Dank an Yahya – er war immer da, wenn man etwas brauchte, und mit so viel Herzlichkeit und Engagement. Auch die Damen im Riad waren unglaublich lieb und bemüht. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön gelegen, das Riad selbst ist traumhaft – sauber, liebevoll gestaltet und mit einer süßen kleinen Terrasse zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
