Super Lage, super schönes Zimmer und Hotel, auch das Frühstück war super mit toller Aussicht von der Dachterrasse.

Mein Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss und es hat aus dem Abfluss sehr-sehr gestunken. Am ersten Abend konnte ich den Geruch nicht zuordnen, am zweiten Abend habe ich festgestellt, dass es kommt aus den Gerbereien kommt. Der Gestank war nicht auszuhalten. Ich habe eine Stunde auf jemanden an der Rezeption gewartet, kam aber leider niemand, so habe ich mir für die zweite Nacht ein anderes Hotel gesucht, echt Schade und ärgerlich. Außerdem war es im Zimmer ca. 15 Grad.

Il Riad è a due passi dalla Porta Blu, Walid è stato molto disponibile e accogliente e ci ha aiutati ad organizzare alcuni spostamenti. La colazione sulla terrazza è fantastica, molto ricca e gustosa. Speriamo un giorno di ritornare.

Stanze un po' umide, risolto accendendo il condizionatore.

The breakfast was good, and all the staff were very nice and friendly throughout our stay. The room was huge and decent, and it had all the necessities we needed which made our stay decent. The riad itself is also very beautiful. While some parts look a bit old, it adds to the charm and authentic atmosphere of the place. Overall, the vibe was warm, relaxing, and very welcoming.

Unfortunately, the room had a noticeable moldy smell as soon as we checked-in, and I also saw visible molds on some parts of the wall. We think there may also be some pipe leakage in the bathroom because there was an unpleasant smell coming from there that spread into the room as well. Because of this, I ended up having a very stuffy nose during our stay. I think the place would really benefit from a deep general cleaning and better maintenance, especially in the bathroom and room ventilation.

The location is great as it is located right next to the Medina also good breakfast and WiFi.

It was very loud in the rooms and there was a damp smell. Moreover, it wasn’t super clean and the room was quite run down for example it wasn’t possible to close the bathroom door as it was broken.

L accueil a été super par notre hôte Walid il est sérieux serviable et très attentionné envers ses clients qu’il chouchoute c vraiment que du bonheur et ses deux dames qui s occupent du ménage et du petit déjeuner sont d une gentillesse incroyable merci à ce merveilleux trio .

Tout était parfait .

Très bel établissement très bien situé. Personnel accueillant et petit déjeuner copieux.

Petit bémol au niveau de la salle de bain qui laisse apparaître des traces de moisissures et de saletés
