The riad is very nice but needs improvements. Not my first time in Morocco, I have seen few riads but this one in particular was artistically speaking very original and picturesque however the stay had some shortcomings. Major issue: - There is no hair dryer even though it is listed as service on the Booking. I could not wash my hair even though it was necessary for hygiene after intense tours. I would suggest at this point to update services on the web or provide it. - Drainage issue and no curtain for shower which cause water on the floor. Minor issue: - Dim light in the room - Noises from the street at every time of the night. I assume it is the same in almost every riad in the city centre, so it is understandable (remember to yourself that the city does not belong to the tourists and we must understand/respect local customs and habits even if it means hear screams from kids or noisy scooter). Overall this riad is very nice and is located in a very nice street. The people who work at the riad are kind and smiling, but in my opinion with small adjustments/investments this riad could be a very nice gem. Basic functional services are the key to ensure the well-being of the client.

Very nice, polite and welcoming staff

Too little room with no place for luggage and quite cold. Breakfast was quite tasteless.

The stay at the hotel was excellent and the staff treated us wonderfully, especially Anas. He received us with all warm welcome and his treatment was wonderful and he helped us a lot..

The location was great!.

The heater didn't seem to work well enough during the winter

This is an older style traditional Riad and as such some of the facilities are a little old. But everything outweighs this.

The employees were very nice and the room was quiet as we asked.

The level of English could be a bit better so that we could communicate with more ease. And it could have better toiletries.
