DEWe arrived late, and the staff guided us clearly on where to park. The hotel is very cozy, warm, and comfortable, which was especially nice after a long journey. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and the staff was kind and hospitable. Due to road blockages, we could not reach the hotel on our original booking date, and the hotel kindly allowed us to use the booking a few days later, which we truly appreciated. Check-in was smooth, and photographing passports seems to be a standard procedure in Morocco.
For dinner, when we asked for a menu, we were told only pizza was available. After ordering only 1 pizza with a drink, we were charged 120 MDH, which felt expensive for the quality. This was partly our mistake for not asking the price beforehand, but clearer communication would help. Breakfast was good but with very small portions. For our child, only half a cup of milk was provided. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay with very kind staff. I would recommend this hotel, but future guests should confirm food prices before ordering.

PLA cozy place. There’s a pizzeria downstairs, and breakfast is served in the morning. The beds are comfortable, and there is hot water. It’s worth remembering that this is a high-mountain area, and the house is tucked between the mountains, so it doesn’t get sunlight for very long. This means it can get cold quickly. We were given a heater, and there are also plenty of thick blankets. The owner helped us a lot when we needed assistance with the language to contact a mechanic and the company from which we rented the car. The mountains and the gorge are incredible — absolutely breathtaking!
