Nice idea and concept, terrible execution.

One of the worst accommodations we have ever stayed at. It is shocking that this is even available on Booking as a “glamping” experience. The tent had nothing to do with the pictures. It was covered in dust and mold all over, especially the bathroom area. We were only able to add a limited number of photos but is was everywhere. There was a thick layer of dust on everything too, maybe 1-2 fingers thick. Curtains and wall covers are also full of dirt, it loons like they were never ever washed or cleaned. The AC works but blows dirt into the room. This is a serious heath hazard. The toilet itself is clean but the tent part over the shower is moldy and would touch you if you were to use. We were too disgusted to enter it. The sheets and pillow covers were dirty. The pillows were not real pillows, just some sort of cushion that they used as pillows. The covers had weird yellow stains, there were bug and insect droppings on the sheets. We had to sleep in the clothes we came in with and leave first thing in the morning. Even when we said we had a flight to catch, the staff tried to convince us to order breakfast to get money out of us and they were visibly upset when we refused. Staff is smiley and friendly, but you can tell all they want is your money. No interest in enhancing your stay in anyway, they view you as a walking wallet.

L’ idea della bolla nel deserto e il paesaggio

la nostra stanza è stata presentata con la porta tutta rotta, la muffa nei tendoni, e tantissima polvere motivo per il quale siamo stati male il giorno dopo. Tappeti con macchie, doccia con poco flusso di acqua e bagno piccolo con tendone sporco. Non ci siamo sentiti proprio accolti, il cibo la sera era impresentabile, il giorno dopo siamo andati a fare colazione con tutti i tavoli non sparecchiati e sporchi dei resti degli altri che avevano fatto colazione ore prima. In tutta la struttura non c’era un phon per i capelli e ci siamo trovati nel deserto senza alcuna spiegazione della struttura e lo staff era inesistente. Di notte c’era vento molto forte con pioggia e per questo motivo non siamo riusciti a dormire per il rumore eccessivo dei tendoni ( sembra di stare in una tempesta a mare aperto). Abbiamo provato ad andare in piscina ma non si poteva stare i lettini erano sporchissimi, rovinati e consumati con acqua sporca all’interno. E per concludere il wi-fi non funzionava minimamente. La password che hanno dato diceva che non era corretta.

De locatie was mooi, het uitzicht.

De ervaring viel erg tegen. Van te voren hadden we afgesproken dat ze ons in Marrakesh op zouden komen halen. Ze kwamen niet opdagen, uiteindelijk heeft ons riad in Marrakesh ons goed geholpen toch nog vervoer voor elkaar te krijgen. We kregen geen excuses. Personeel was enkel op geld uit, bij binnenkomst kreeg je meteen activiteiten toegeschoven waaruit je moest kiezen. De sterren tent was alles behalve hygiënisch, overal zaten vocht en schimmelplekken, het was erg stoffig, er lag nog een nepnagel, we zette de airco aan en er kwamen allemaal stukken uit vallen op ons bed. In de badkamer zat een poepveeg aan het doek. Avondeten zou om 19.00 zijn, we kregen uiteindelijk pas om 21.15 ons eten en het was niet goed. Lunch zou om 13.00 zijn, we kregen pas om 14.00 ons eten. We zouden vanuit hun een transfer naar het vliegveld regelen, bij navraag werd er steeds gezegd dat ik zelf contact moest opnemen met degene die ons had gebracht, meerdere keren aangegeven dat ik zijn nummer niet heb en dat dat allemaal niet goed verlopen was. Meerdere keren gaf hij dan aan het te gaan regelen en erop terug te komen, wat hij niet deed en als ik dan vroeg of het was gelukt, zei hij weer dat ik zelf contact moest opnemen met de taxi. Er hangt een nare sfeer onder het personeel, ze lijken enkel op geld uit te zijn. Toen we lunch wilde bestellen mochten we alleen de dure gerechten bestellen, omdat de rest zogenaamd op was. Echter hoorde we later mensen naast ons wel de andere gerechten bestellen bij een ander personeelslid. Toen we weggingen moesten andere gasten eerst 200 mad cash extra betalen voor een extra bed, wat daarna opeens 250 mad werd. Ze vertelde ook aan het personeel ter kennisgeving dat ze waren benaderd via whats app dat ze dingen moesten betalen en bankgegevens moesten geven en dat ze precies wisten wanneer ze in het kamp zouden zijn. Hier ging de receptionist ongemakkelijk en amper op in.
