Riad Alice Terrace & Spa

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The courtyard was very authentic and beautiful. Zekeriya and Hatice were wonderful people. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Its location was very close to the center and most tourist attractions.

Muy limpio y bien ubicado. Farah y Zacharia fueron excelentes anfitriones. Siempre tomaron su tiempo para asegurarse de que nuestra estancia fuera la mejor. El desayuno incluido estuvo delicioso.

I don't want to exaggerate but I was more than just happy with this location. At first when we arrived we were welcomed with a good Moroccan tea. We saw that the Riad at a calm place located is. Not more than a 5min walk from the centre of the Medina. They had good Wifi (better than in Italy) and clean rooms. For breakfast it always had different cakes good pancakes and fresh orange juice. The people who worked there where always more than just kind. They helped you with some questions for your Organisation for the sightseeing or to book some trips spontaneously or just asked how your day was. In the whole did they their job very or even more than well. So if you encounter khadija and youness and zakaria you can prepare yourself for good time at the Riad. I would definitely go again.

What could have been better. If you read my first text you will notice that these will just be little things like a slightly better supply of toilet paper because at the last day it went empty. Or that we didn't find our driver at the airport because it was a very busy place. But at the end it is not really their fault.

El genial trato del personal. Especialmente Youness. La ubicación y el maravilloso, además de completo, desayuno.

Ci siamo sentiti a casa in questo Riad, ogni volta che entravamo venivamo avvolti da un'atmosfera tranquilla e fresca e da un gran sorriso.. La camera era molto pulita e corrispondente alle foto, viene pulita su richiesta lasciando le chiavi in reception. Ci hanno fornito degli altri asciugamani senza sovrapprezzo. Ho provato anche l'hammam che straconsiglio e la cena che era molto abbondante.

Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto direi che dispongono di una bella terrazza accessibile agli ospiti, che però non è abbastanza valorizzata. Il materasso è un po' rigido, qualcuno potrebbe trovarlo scomodo, ma per noi ottimo.
