The two workers we talked with (Nawel and the young man) were always really kind and helpful. The riad is 15 minutes walking from the main square and it's nicely decorated. We would stay again there

We couldn't use the jacuzzi even if we asked for it, it was broken or unavailable. You could hear a lot of motorbikes during the night, but it must be common in Marrakech as the city is already very noisy.
