Classic Riad w modern amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location.

L’Emplacement et le personnel qui est à l’écoute et est attentionné. Nous avons été reçus par Zakaria, qui a fait preuve de gentillesse et d’un grand professionnalisme. Nous avons largement pu constater qu’il fait de son mieux pour satisfaire les clients. Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre propre.

Un Riad traditionnel en bon état.

La chambre était à côté de l’espace de vie, inconfortable.

The personnel was very kind and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The riad is situated in the middle of the Medina, so when you step outside you are instantly in Marrakech’s vibrant life.

I couldn’t think of anything. Maybe a separation between the toilet and the rest of the bathroom (curtain or so)

Posizione ottima, al centro della Medina, comoda per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni, ma allo stesso tempo anche calma e tranquilla. Staff gentilissimo. Colazione abbondante e molto buona.

Can’t say enough good things about the staff and customer service at this lovely riad. They really took care of us, accommodating the adults and my 3 year old granddaughter with joy and style! They really took rooms are small, but the common areas made up for it. Breakfast was abundant and amazing, as were the three dinners we had there. They catered even to our dietary quirks! (Nut allergy, vegetarian and a three year old!)

As a spoiled American, I had trouble with the VERY firm mattress, but that’s on me. There is a curtain between the sleeping area and the bathroom. Sound travels freely! A real door would be an improvement!
