Not much information on arrival.Awful place to find especially in the dark pitch black alleys felt very insecure.No facilities at the Riad water food etc considering you have to go out to get anything in the dark no street lights be prepared and buy something before. Roof terrace looked nice but once up there very dirty furniture stacked up everywhere. Dirty mats on bedroom floor .curtains in Riad haven't been washed for years it seemed they were not prepared for visitors

Pas tres accueillant (pas un verre d'eau ou de thé en arrivant, tout est payant), personnel bruyant, eau de douche tiède, ampoule qui ne fonctionne pas, prise qui ne fonctionne pas, peu de luminosité dans la chambre, heureusement que les téléphones ont une lumière!!! La moindre demande est en extra, petit dejeuner pas top, terrasse a moitié amenagée et negligée... Pourquoi nommer cet endroit "café culturel"??? Nous cherchons encore... 🤔🤔

The location was pretty good and the staff were excellent.

We felt that the price for this facility was too high as it was more like a hostal than a riad. We had to keep the bathroom doors closed all the time as there was a bad smell. When the shower was used, the room flooded. The windows did not close properly. The bed was quite small and the room was dark. Looking back at previous reviews of this facility, the bathroom odors and poorly maintained windows have been an ongoing issue for a long time now. However, the staff of three ladies were excellent, despite the other issues.

The lobby was nice, we have nice time there.

The common shower is so small, dirty, no toilet paper, no curtain in the shower. The hotel room was humid, unpleasent and cold. No aeration, sticky air. Breakfast portion was not enough

The decoration in the riad was beautiful.

The riad had a damp weird smell and the bed was very uncomfortable. There are no windows to get fresh air and I didn’t like that fact that we had to give our breakfast order the night before and if we don’t give our order or change our mind it is no longer available in the morning. It’s a cafe yet no coffee and tea available. There was also a 11 pm curfew before the doors are closed or we have to let the lady know ahead of time if we will be back late so she can give us the key but we don’t know how our day will go if we will be back in time or not so that felt stressful. The corners of the room had a lot of dust and wall paint chipping on the ground. It seemed the room hasn’t been vacuumed or cleaned properly. I wont be staying or recommending this riad for anyone i know.
