All was great!!

Beautiful Riad and great atmosphere in the room and common areas. We had two dinners which were convenient and tasty. The airport transfer service was very good but be prepared to walk with your luggage a good distance when arriving. The departure pickup spot was closer and both ways someone from the riad helps with the bags but if you have a lot of luggage it can be difficult through the cobbled streets. My daughter loved the Hammam onsite. One of the staff, Muhammad, was especially engaging and we enjoyed talking with him very much. He really made our stay special. Unfortunately, the other staff that was there didn’t speak English and communication was extremely difficult and time-consuming to get basic requests taken care of.

Shower was clogged as noted from previous reviewers. Hopefully the staff speaks your language or you are in for some difficult times. Would have loved it if they had some kind of beer or wine available with dinner but no alcohol on premises.

Soggiorno da favola! Siamo stati benissimo sotto ogni punto di vista. I ragazzi sono disponibili e simpaticissimi, ci hanno dato tanti consigli utili per girare la città e ci hanno aiutato con i transfer. Abbiamo scelto di cenare al Riad non una ma due volte nella splendida terrazza perché la cucina è stata la migliore provata durante la nostra vacanza, i prodotti sono presi il giorno stesso al mercato e la qualità si sente! La struttura è un’oasi di pace nel caos della Medina ed è vicina a piedi alla piazza principale e ai vari mercati e negozi. Lo consiglieri a chiunque si trovi a Marrakesh, veramente tanti complimenti a tutti i membri dello staff !
