Lovely spot with fabulous friendly and helpful staff! We only stayed one night to get away from an all inclusive resort ( ot our scene), and this place

Tulum Centro or downtown is 5 mins away so you can explore the local shops and restaurants. The care taking staff on the property is just phenomenal. It is the care taking lovely family who looks after. We stayed for 2 days and every time we came outside regardless of time, person would come out of main big gate and help us park. Best thing is even when we go out during day he will stay there at gate waving with smile. Last day during checkout, he came out to see us off and close the gate. We felt like home and that was final good bye as if a family member is saying goodbye. Exceptional experience. Very quiet and between the nature. Private shower outside in nature with very well enclosure and personal washroom inside even though it is a dome which was great. Families with kids came in our next dome. They just thoroughly enjoyed it too. We will surely visit with more time next trip. The staff needs to be compensated for their amazing efforts in looking after guests.

the glmpig dite is right between 2 mqain bust rodas and is an urbanised area fullof heavy road raffic and also music noise will late it is not a paecaful location at all - advert is misleading

The pods were better than we ever imagined. Lovely beds, air con and coffee machine

Main problem was noise from a disco nearby that went on playing very loud music until 1-2 am

It felt peaceful and safe

If using GPS follow the GPS, it’s tucked away so if you glance from the road at night it’s easy to think you’re at the wrong place. Fortunately owners are very quick at responding!

Quiet location, something different, feels like being in the nature, good breakfast, nice personnel

There was moisture in the tent. ⛺️
