Breakfast was extra, but the host went out of her way to provide. The host helped with introducing us to Langkawi.

We enjoyed the location in a fishing village but for some being out of the way may be not what they want. We used Grab effectively to get around.

The hostess, Patty, is a truly exceptional, kind and attentive hostess. We'd never experienced anything like this before. From the moment we booked to our departure, she was easily accessible, very proactive, made excellent suggestions, and was very kind. Truly wonderful! The accommodation is a somewhat older, simple, original cottage, but it has everything you need. The area is wonderfully quiet, yet so close to the airport. We had a wonderful time. The road to the cottage is a bit rough.

Very nice accommodation and very welcoming hosts. The accommodation had everything we needed and it was very well maintained and nicely decorated. Patty gave us lots of information about what to do on Langkawi and she also arranged an amazing tour to the mangroves. Thank you so much for having us.

Nothing to dislike. One must know that you are a bit more away from the hustle and bustle. So it is very calm but you need a Grab, Taxi, car, scooter etc. to get around.

WARNING: Experience Island Heritage Home is a fraud. The propriator lies to customers with photos on booking.com and other platforms. Instead of the natural shore view shown on them, the house is surrounded with a construction site and trash. When we saw that hell, we applied for refund. The propriator ignored the request and cancelled the booking by themselves retaining the payment for the services they had not provided. The hostess refused to reach the manager in charge immediately or share his phone number to discuss the issue. Afterwards she just stopped answering messages. Looking forward to further actions to be taken by the police. We are also requesting Booking.com to refund the payment (!!!) and ban the Experience Island Heritage Home on its platform as the propriator commits a commercial crime with the false advertisement.

Lugnt boende i en liten fiskeby 10 min från flygplatsen och 4 km från Telaga Harbour. Patty, ägaren, var jättetrevlig och ordnade frukost åt oss och gav många bra tips på utflykter. Vi kunde också hyra hennes bil under vår vistelse. Bil är ett måste för att kunna ta sig runt.

Omgivningen är inte så välordnad, men sådant får man räkna med i denna del av världen.

Patty was a wonderful host. She let us rent her car and gave us fantastic recommendations for places to eat and places to go. Patty’s attention to detail in her decorating had me discovering something new each time I came back to the guest house.

The area in front of the property looks to be under construction so it’s a bit of an eyesore at the moment but it really wasn’t bad at all. Patty’s gardens are beautiful.

Patty es una anfitriona muy atenta, en todo momento te orienta y te da recomendaciones de lugares no tan turísticos.

Está un poco apartado de la carretera general, pero los Grab llegan bien a la ubicación.
