Rooms are very dated and part of the wall was falingl off. Shower was terrible.

Shampoo and conditioner are needed in the room.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Easy check-in, clean and good location

Shower was a little disappointment. Finding in which spot i get warm water was a bit frustrating

We had a fairly good stay at Twizel Holiday Park. The facilities were okay—nothing fancy, but sufficient for our short stay. One thing we didn’t expect was that the shared bathroom for the twin cabin was located outside the building. It was quite cold having to go outside, especially early in the morning. The room itself was fine, although the carpet felt a bit damp when we arrived. It did improve after we turned on the heater, which helped make the space more comfortable. There were only two power sockets in the room, and one was already used for the heater, which made it a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was an acceptable stay for a short visit. It offers good value for money.

It was very cold, the aircon didn’t work very well, the towels smelled funny, we didn’t feel comfortable at all that we decided to leave one night earlier.
