Otrzymaliśmy inny pokój niż zamawialiśmy ( bez klimatyzacji, a wg oferty powinna być ). Jednorazowo można wybaczyć, ale więcej to niedopuszczalne. Pokój zamawiamy wcześniej po to żeby mieć pewność, że na pewno będzie dostępny.
