Pani pracująca w restauracji w czasie pobytu (popołudniu polecała obiad, rano śniadanie) jest niesamowita - uśmiechnięta, otwarta, ciepła, dania które nam poleciła były przecudowne. To naprawdę właściwa osoba na właściwym miejscu. Przy śniadaniu dla każdego znalazła chwilkę żeby zapytać się czy wszystko w porządku jak mija pobyt czy wszystko smakuje, aż miło popatrzeć i posłuchać. Pozdrawiamy

We chose to stay at Adler due to its beautiful lakeside location in the picturesque Kaszuby region. While the room was small and modest, it was equipped with all the necessary amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, pleasantly surprised by the variety and selection, particularly the lactose-free and plant-based options. We also took advantage of the pool and wellness facilities included in our package. The area was clean, and we were fortunate to enjoy it almost exclusively, even during the peak summer season (dinner time appears to be less busy). The highlight of our stay was the restaurant staff, who were always polite and smiling. Dinner time was always a delightful experience! Overall, we found our stay to be excellent value for money.

The reception staff could certainly learn a thing or two from their colleagues in the restaurant. I can distinguish between a language barrier and a dismissive attitude, and unfortunately, the latter seemed more apparent. A more welcoming demeanor would significantly enhance our experience. I don't mean to be overly critical, but as a tourist coming to a resort, I expect more than just a room key. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide information about the available amenities, treatments, dining options, the restaurant's offerings, and equipment rentals. I'm eager to enjoy my vacation, and your assistance is essential in making that possible. Next time, we’d select a room out of the main building or in a different part of the building. The room absorbed a bit of “pub” odor.

Good location, great combination of price and quality, stunning views

Road close to the place is very narrow and bumpy. Finding parking slots may be challenging during the weekend.
