Restaurant till 20:00 but kitchen only till 18:00, closed on Sat and Sun (except for breakfast). Room not cleaned at all during 5-day stay, no toiletries replenished

The motel is a fraudster who violates all safety rules and moral standards! Avoid it if you don't want to stay outside at night, or burn alive! I booked a room at 23:55 to rest from the road. Booking requested the card number and CVC to confirm the booking. If I refused the reservation, or did not arrive, the system would automatically charge me the full amount for staying at the motel. After providing the credit card details, I received a confirmation of the room reservation, and I went there. At 00:35 (40 minutes after Booking confirmation), I already arrived at the motel. The door was locked, the light was not on anywhere. I called the phone number provided at the time of booking on the website Booking.com . The phone was ringing in the motel, but no one answered the phone! Then I called the number written on the motel door. After that, a man in black work clothes (a night watchman) came from a nearby building (a gas station). He said that the management of the motel had not notified him that someone was coming and refused to let me into the motel. I asked to call someone from the administration, but the watchman said that there are no employees at the motel, they only come to work at 8 o'clock in the morning!.. I showed him the booking number in the Booking app. I showed him that my credit card is displayed in the booking, as proof of payment. No arguments helped! I told him via Google Translate that I could pay in cash in the morning when the manager came. He called somewhere, a woman answered, and said that she did not see the payment. A drunken man was shouting loudly next to this woman. After talking to her, the guard spread his hands and said that he could not check me in until they saw the payment for the room. BUT (!!!) how can I pay if there is no administrator??? The security guard personally said that there are no motel employees and no one will be there until 8 am!

I have shuttled from cold , because a heating ine heating in the rooms, what i have got, have been left switched off. The temperature inside was the same like outside and It had take one night long to get rooms comfortable warmed back on. Nobody had taken care for that before my coming in
