Apartamentos Valverde - Quinta do Lago

A good apartment and staff helpful. But the apartment does need some modernising in areas. Pool area is lovely.

The location was great and ideal for a short trip. The apartment has a lovely outlook over the garden and pool area. Inside it was comfortable but would not like to sleep on the sofa bed for too many nights. Sofa beds are never very comfortable.

The fridge freezer was noisy in the middle of the night. I couldn’t close the shutters properly on the outside and I didn’t like getting soaked with the sprinklers first thing in the morning on my way to work. There was no way to avoid them!

Really clean apartment, super friendly staff

Location is well curated and in a well established neighbourhood. We went for tennis practice so the two tennis courts available on the property were well received. The staff is very professional and at times, goes above to accommodate our requests. That's been very well received.

The furniture is outdated, there is plenty of place in the studio for a proper bed, not a sofa bed which isnt comfortable for a week stay. Updating the bathroom and the kitchen is a must. There is been no renovation in 25 years by the look and aspect of the apartment. The strange sounds made by pipes in the wall from day to day neighbours' activities is a no go in a holiday place.
