Barco Casa Catamarã Sleepandboat

Everything. We had been touring for a couple of weeks and stayed in some lovely accommodation but this was the highlight of our trip. Clean, well equipped and cute. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. It was different and an experience we won't forget. Many thanks to Alex.

It was supposed to be nice to sleep on a boat. The photo looked great. However they did not match with the property and the description did not match with the reality.

The boat was just not compliant for kids age 2 and 5. The bed in the cabins were way too high and dangerous. I asked before if it was OK for kids and if there was a bed: they said yes no problem. Yet, there was no space whatsoever in the cabins to place the toddler bed, which could only be placed in the main cabin, which we were supposed to stay while the kids were sleeping. And even in the main cabin, it was impracticable to put the bed since the boat was so small and we could have barely moved. We therefore decided to put a mattress on the floor of the cabins for the kids. Also, there were stains on the sheets, lots of spider. The boat is very close to Faro airport and there are planes passing by very close to the boat, every 5 minutes until late at night. Impossible to sleep. We were not informed. Fridge was off, so the beverages were not cold. One of the cabin window was impossible to close. We had to cancel the second night.

Great experience for the family! I booked this as a surprise for the family as we always move around the Algarve when we go on holiday. This is an experience that we will all remember we had so much fun, it was worth the money. I did have to change the arrival date due to travel arrangements, but it was not an issue Alexis and Jessica were very accommodating. Communication was brilliant and the boat is equipped with all you need. Thank you Alexis and Jessica

Best Algarve experience for our kids. Sleep in a boat very close to Faro’s Old town but feeling the ocean. Incredible sunset onboard. And the host is amazing!!! Please give yourself and your family an experience like this!

Really fun for the last night of our holiday. Paddle board and rowing boat kept our boys entertained. Just be careful there are very strong currents.
