"Pleasant stay - but the 5-star rating makes no sense"

We had a pleasant stay at Kronocamping Lidköping. Good location, easy access and plenty of activities for the kids.

I don't understand how a camping site can have a 5-star rating - the same as some of the best hotels around the world. You need to pay extra (500 sek/person) to have the absolute basic necessities in the cabins: bed linen (& made beds upon arrival), towels and cleaning. I have never heard of a 5-star hotel charging extra for this.
