Infinity Yacht in Downtown St Augustine

We did not stay on the boat. It was not as it was pictured. I sent texts back to them telling them it was not as pictured and sent them pictures and asked for a refund and have not gotten a response.

There was a big hose coming out of the ceiling in one bedroom making it difficult to get to the bunk beds and the light did not work. There were no amenity bags. You had to climb a ladder to get to the front of the boat and there was nowhere to sit. Cabinets were broken.

The location

The whole yacht smelled like a porter potty when we first arrived and the toilet on the yacht was broken. I really don't think they cleaned the yacht at all cause it wasn't that clean and very run down. At one point one of us almost stepped on a fishing hook that was on the floor!

The location on the river was good. The food trucks were also ok.

I am requesting a full refund of the fees I paid for our December 13, 2004 stay on the Infinity Yacht at the English landing Marina in St. Augustine, FL. We were extremely disappointed in our stay on the boat. The vessel did not look at all like the photos on the website. Outlined below are a number of issues and problems we experienced while spending one night on the boat: The overall condition of the boat was terrible. It is obviously an old vessel that has not been maintained. Galley: We could not get the Keurig coffee pot to work, there was only 3 Keurig cups, lens for the light was knob was missing from the sink, one wine glass, and three champagne glasses, not napkins or paper towels, plastic dinnerware for children not adults, racks in the ice box were severely rusted, it was dirty, and had hanging wires., and expired odor boxes. Main salon: grating from the nonworking ice maker made and hit my ankle, another grate from some other appliance also fell off....we could not get them back on so left then leaning by the appliances. Upholstery by the door to the transom area has exposed staples that could cut a child or adult. Vents for A/C[Heat are very dirty. Exposed electrical item/wire hanging from the control box behind the chairs, forward curtains were loose and dangling from safety pins. Main sleeping salon: no night cover for the hatch for privacy or to block exterior light. Wires hanging, A number of the lights appear to have been broken from the wall and did not work. Head/bathroom: lens for light over sink area were falling out, porta poti did not have sufficient water to flush; a terrible odor, floor was dirty and sticky.. Rear transom seating area: out of date and old chairs, bump in the floor before entering the main salon caused tripping a hazard, wood rot and plastic seals loose and hanging from storage areas .....very unsightly and gives a negative impression when entering the boat. We took photos of the above issues.

It was the best weekend my husband and I have had in a very long time!! The property was clean and when I had any questions the property manager was just a message away. She was very professional, prompt and I will book again in the future

The only thing we didn’t like was that there was no privacy the windows were open and the door didn’t have nothing covering it.

I should of read the reviews before staying here. First of all , the pictures of the yacht are very deceiving. Inside looks nothing like the pictures. The boat is aging and floor, cabinets not in the best shape. We found two cockroaches….one in the kitchen area , the other crawling up the wall where our kids were supposed to sleep. and the power kept tripping. Even with the AC and fans on , it was hot in there. We decided to leave and not stay the night. I texted the host who said she would give us a full refund (I have the text) and we never received it after reaching out several times.
