The fact it had a stove was cool we got to cook

The website said it had a hot tub and swimming pool and when wew got there no pool or hot tub

Location is clean and close to everything and reasonably priced

Walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors as if they’re in the same room

Very comfy bed. Room was spacious and fairly well appointed. Central location. Front office was easily available. Linens were clean,bathroom was spacious and had a removable shower head. Felt like a little apartment.

Our room was 10 feet off of Hwy 101, very noisy. Parking for our room was incredibly difficult, it was the only horizontal space in the lot, you basically had to pull onto the hwy and back in. The bathroom needs shelving or something. A pedestal sink and one small glass shelf was not sufficient for a multi day stay. All of those things were minor compared to the state of the floors. My feet and socks were black within 30 minutes of removing my shoes. This wasn't standard beach grime, but sticky dirty floors. We actually went to the thrift and purchased old towels and cleaned it multiple times. When I did request maid service (only once during a 4 day stay) they made the dirty bed, did not replace sheets, and removed one garbage out of 3. Honestly, with a better housekeeping service it would have been at least an 8 or 9.

Very friendly staff especially the owner but even the housekeepers. Beds and bedding were more like staying at a friend's house instead of commercial bedding you get in most hotels(way more comfortable!!!) Meticulously clean, cozy and well appointed for the price point. More comfortable, cleaner and nicer than the comfortable inn for a little less money!!!

Needed a hot tub, but thats literally just a nitpicking detail.

I liked having a kitchen area. It was like a lil apartment

I did not like being right next to the road. It was loud all night w traffic
