Location is good. Backyard View is so beautiful even in winter time.

The front door leading to the rooms are not being locked.

Fun and lovely old-time simple family-run motel. Great time talking with the owners. They offer plenty of recommendations for restaurants, getting around, etc, as well as lots of history with the sports scene and Olympics history of Lake Placid.

Awesome place, amazing location and views. Staff was super friendly and gave us an upgrade with Lakeview. Despite not trying it the pool and hot tub looked great, for sure will come here again when visiting lake placid!
