I arrived to the inn at around 9pm. It took me AN HOUR to check in!!! Computer wasn’t working, clerk was just by himself, infinite amount of customers through the gas station Dirty shower

Kind of noisey at times, but it is a fueling station for trucks!

the only good thing was the location. property was dirty, blinds wouldn’t shut completely, TV wouldn’t work. no headboard, no nightstands, dirty chairs with spots and cigarette burns. holes on walls no cover for outlets. the tub wouldn’t drain.

shower, bed, horrible service on top of it a lot of homeless people around

The location as far as right off the highway; HOWEVER, LOTS of unsavory people in parking lot and surrounding area.

There was a roach in my room. My key had to be "reset" EVERY time I tried to use it which was a MAJOR ISSUE because I had a heavy load each night and going upstairs wasn't easy and when I got to room and key didn't work - I had to lug everything back down stairs to get key reset and then lug it all back upstairs. When trying to reach anyone via phone call for assistance, nobody answered and nobody returned my calls. Once I did get an answer and explained my situation and asked if somebody could bring me a working key, somebody did bring me a new key; however, it took him 30 minutes which left me standing outside in the cold waiting and when he did finally get to me, he acted like he was pissed about having to come upstairs and provide customer service! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO THOSE PEOPLE! VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

There were tweakers in the back working on their cars. Went to take a shower the day i arrived; no water. Called and staff said there was nothing they could do. Asked for a refund and they refused. There was a shooting in the parking lot. I waited for police to finiah the investigation and got out the same day I checked in and stayed at the Comfort Inn. Do not stay here.
