It's in a good location.

The owner was rude, bed bugs, roaches and it smelled like someone had smoked 10lbs of weed in the room. We asked for a non smoking room and he gave us a smoking room. The towels were dirty and the washcloth had blood on it.

Never did get any warm or hot water.

This is a low end model. Don't expect much but it's clean and not a bad value

Was close to a neat park.

Rude staff. Room was nasty. Only 1 working outlet. And I require. A cpap at night. So I had to move a table around so I could use my cpap. Phone. Didn't work. Walls. Needed a damn good cleaning. And it smelled musty. There was also mold on the wall in the bathroom Also. Most places have TV this one did like 6 channels. Not of them were kid friendly. When ever we clicked on a kids show it said pls purchase. I would never recommend this place to anyone I have paid the same amount I did for this place. Somewhere else and. They were much nicer

Location was just right.

Rooms a little outdated, outlet near the bed worn-out and not able to hold my cellphone charger without slipping out, this could be a safety hazard especially for a child who touched the exposed prongs.
