Dirty, uncomfortable. The rude owner at the desk will hound you to leave. Early even. Check out says 10, it’s actually 9:30 with a 9:15 recall on your room phone. Roaches. Mold and mildew in the shower.
USFine place to sleep for the price. What I expected for a motel at this price point near down town.
My room was overdue for a deep cleaning. Carpet was especially dirty where it met the walls, collecting bits of debris and dead spiders. The mini fridge was non functional with the door stuck ajar.

Everything. Starting with rude people at reception to roaches in the room and mouldy toilet paper roll.
USBoth of my very valid credit cards were declined so I had to pay cash, fortunately I had some at midnight. I was completely unaware that "smoking" rooms still existed and were the only rooms available. No wifi on the premises. Interior security latch was completely missing in a VERY sketchy neighborhood. Air conditioner was completely off so it took about an hour to get the room temperature down to the point I could at least use the sheet.

The people in charge of this motel are very unpleasant and not at all commercial. The towels were stained and we found a cockroach hidden on a box on top of the microwave.
USNothing, seemed like a bad location. Cops at place when we came back to inn. People hanging on stairs and drinking around Venice’s. Towels were filthy looking. Tv didn’t work, batteries were rusting in remote, I could go on!
They couldn’t even supply ice, machine down.
