"I come to Sanford to visit my children I usually stay in wells because it’s cheaper but rather be the 25 minutes closer"

Size of room. Convenience. Friendly front desk.

How dirty the floors were. No carpets. Price of stay. Hotels at the beach are cheaper.

Very nice, clean and comfortable motel. Our room was ready for us to check in a little early. The room was exceptionally clean and smelled wonderful when we arrived Staff was very friendly welcoming. Our room apparently had been recently updated and was very well appointed. We almost didn't choose this location, but are glad that we did. Lots of resources in town and a Dunkin Donuts right next door for morning coffee and breakfast. Don't overlook this cozy motel.
