Hillcrest Motel

This retro motel has what is needed for the budget traveler. The bed was clean and comfortable, the flat screen TV was excellent and the shower was good. The inn keeper was very welcoming and accommodating. We had a dog with us and that was no problem. The motel is right next to the city park for doggy walks. The large outdoor pool is undergoing renovation but will be a welcome addition when finished by July 4th.

The owner just purchased the motel and is busy updating and renewing the various room. Not really fair to comment until those renovations are complete.

The Great rate attracted me to the property. I absolutely loved the Hillcrest! Chris and family Took over the property in February and has been putting in upgrades. It’s not finished yet and furious to the Marriott is probably not gonna be your gig, but I absolutely loved it. Nostalgic type of and the rooms were comfortable and cool. A huge TV and a good size mini fridge or just perfect. But the best thing was I was able to walk my dogs all around and for parents there’s a park right next-door.

No one is at the front desk so i can check in. I verified prior reservation that it would not be an issue.

Great cozy hotel and great value.

The price was very affordable. Comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool is being repaired. The rooms are being updated but in the meantime they are somewhat outdated. This is fine for us but if you are expecting modern decor and fixtures you may be disappointed.

Quiet place. Great service. Great price. Owners were nice and very hospitable. Older motel but owners are doing a great job updating the property. Will definately stay at this motel next time i'm in Norton.

Super nice service as always and very friendly. Older motel but cleaner than the newer motels. Cris n family treat me almost like family every time I stay there when I come through! Lol!

Well priced, clerk/owner was very friendly at our late hour check-in. Read reviews and saw it was under new ownership can easily see they’ve done some updating but will take time to do every unit. Who cares if the bathroom tile is pink or wall paper is dated (our unit was dated but with some clear updates) was clean and comfortable 👍 best of luck to this establishment!
