"Great Route 66 motel experience"

The person who welcomed us at check in was really friendly and offered great recommandations for food around Grants. I really loved the vinyl record player in the room with an album that I have back home. It felt like home. The AC unit was a bit loud, that'd the only down side during our stay.

"Old Route 66 motel well maintained"

Not chain hotel predictability. Unique bit of history. Room very acceptable and also quirky. Decent bed, very soft linens.

They REALLY need to use unscented laundry products. I will not stay again because I am sensitve to chemical scents. Also, lots of train noise etaly in the morning.

"Great Motel!!"

Best small motel I’ve ever stayed at. Entire experience was great. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Quiet. Very clean. Near local eats. Whenever I travel from coast to coast this will be one of my stops. -JT

"Will DEFINITELY stay again!!"

This is an old Route 66 Motel... probably the only one left between Grants and Gallup. New Owners who are revamping the rooms while still having that old time feel. Staff are SUPER NICE! Ask the Owners about their Genie Lamp & 3 Wishes (True Story)

Really special renovated "Route 66" motel. Owner was so friendly amd helpful, room. was charming, nicely renovated with lots of vintage "Route 66" decor. AC worked great, too!

"Good"

Retro motel near El Malpais. Location was great. Bed was comfy and room seemed clean, but a little run down. Shower was awful. I’m always a little suspicious when linens and towels are gray because it hides stains. Front desk was pleasant.

The motel was very easy to get to. It is an old motel but well kept and clean. Felt very safe in that area. Motel checkin was awesome. The owner was absolutely amazing and helpful.
