USI was sad I picked a smoking room by accident.. I booked in a hurry.. but otherwise the place was great..
CAThe staff were great ..could use some updating and a good cleaning. The beds were newer and clean.
Carpet was dirty...needed new windows
USStaff was friendly, accommodating. I checked in late around 5 AM; they let me check out at 1 PM (past 11 AM checkout time), so I could get some sleep after a long trip. Fridge and microwave in the room.
Wish there were an easy to access vending machine, maybe a Keurig coffee maker in front office, coffee maker in the room.

When I checked out
USThe manager provided a hairdryer when there was not one in the room. The location was close to everything in Tazewell. The frig, freezer, and microwave were nice. The heat worked well.
Odd to have no hairdryer in room and limited shampoo, only enough for 1 not 2. Room and bathroom very small, no counter with sink. Seemed somewhat expensive for accomodations.
