"We left and never stayed"

The location was fine. The hotel looked like something from a horror movie. We checked in, went to our room., went back downstairs and asked for a refund and went across the street to stay at a different hotel. It was filthy, exposed wires in the BATHROOM! The AC was falling apart... the bedding had holes in it.... the pictures online are deceiving and the hotel was filled with drug addicts and seedy characters. I didnt expect perfection for the price but I definitely expected better.
