Staff was nice

The air in room smell awful. The air conditioning was not on on arrival. The body odor from previous occupant lingered. I requested for air frshner and the staff spread the room with a chemical that was choking and uncomfortable.

The refrigerator was too small.

Smoking smell and visibility eventhough it stated non smoking Waken up in middle of night with screaming and hollering in hallway of my room by someone the staff was trying to get to go back in room instead of sleeping in hallway on floor (sounded like a homeless person with a room for the night) Sheets and thin comforter had cigarette holes everywhere Sitting area in room by window and chairs were very dirty and torn all over Pillows had one thin case over them making the old brown stained pillows underneath visible
