Mount-N-Lake Motel

Nice location. Quiet near the park and lake! Shower and bath nice! Kitchenette was functional and really enjoyed the satellite/cable TV since I don't have it at home!P

No vending machines so pick up a few things from Charlie's market around the or bring a cooler. Room had fridge, microwave and kitchenette!

The best thing about this motel is the lake is literally right across the street and there is also a park for kids to play at.

This place was disgusting and it makes me sad to write a review like this for this place because it has so much potential. There were roaches, we found about 5 and a bunch of died ones just laying around. After seeing the first one when we got there I didn’t trust the place so I started moving furniture around and I kept finding more, my husband and I killed them and after we were literally cleaning the room. I was wiping down walls, the floors and shaking the bed sheets. Even the light fixtures were dirty, they were full of dust and there was a light with a fan near the little kitchen and the panels for the fan were full of thick dust, you can tell they do not clean this place at all. My husband and I left our room way cleaner than we arrived. But it was really annoying and aggravating that we spend our vacation deep cleaning our room so we could sleep comfortably and with a peace of mind. I even bought disposable mattresses bed sheets to not use the motel’s beds sheet, which I am glad I did buy but it extra expensive for us to spend because this place can’t simply clean the room decently. I am very disappointed and honestly at a loss of words of how gross our room was. The room we used wasn’t even that huge so why couldn’t it be clean? Honestly very lazy. If the rooms cannot be upgraded because of costs, at least have it clean. This place has so much potential but just how disgusting our room was, it is our last time staying here. We will never be back.

Crashed here for a night while passing through on the way to Sequoia. Room was clean and recently updated. The host was very helpful. Located across from a nice park, and about 10 mins walk from lake isabella.
